Abstract: The impact of lifelong learning policies on vocational workforce readiness is critical in adapting to evolving job market demands and enhancing career progression opportunities for vocational graduates. This study examines how lifelong learning policies influence vocational education outcomes, focusing on their role in fostering continuous skill development and professional growth. Objectives include evaluating the effectiveness of lifelong learning initiatives in vocational schools, assessing stakeholders' perceptions of lifelong learning benefits, and identifying barriers to policy implementation. A survey research design is justified to gather data from 180 participants, including vocational educators, policymakers, and industry representatives, using purposive sampling to ensure representation across educational and vocational sectors in Cross River State. Case studies will highlight successful lifelong learning programs implemented in vocational institutions, illustrating their impact on workforce readiness and career advancement. Findings indicate that lifelong learning policies enhance vocational graduates' adaptability, skills acquisition, and employability in competitive markets. Recommendations stress the need for sustainable funding for lifelong learning initiatives, promoting industry partnerships for skills training, and integrating lifelong learning principles into vocational curriculum frameworks.
